Graduate Education Week

Graduate Education Week, which is Saturday, Feb. 25, through Friday, March 2, is a celebration of the scientific, cultural and economic contributions of UNC Charlotte’s graduate students. The campus and greater Charlotte community are encouraged to learn more about these contributions through the variety of programming and activities planned during the observance, which kicks off with the 12th annual Graduate and Professional Student Government Graduate Research Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25, in the Atkins Library.

Other programs for Graduate Education Week include a panel discussion on non-academic careers for humanities and social sciences graduates at 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 27, in the Student Union, Room 200; the presentation “Interdisciplinary Degrees for an Entrepreneurial Age” at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 29, in the Center for Graduate Life, Cone University Center, Room 268; and the “Graduate Community Forum” at 5 p.m., Thursday, March 1, in the Student Union Multipurpose Room.
